Hi, I'm John Wells, lifelong Missourian. I love this state. Missouri is home to the best sports teams, great universities and beautiful landscapes. We have the benefit of being centrally located, on the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers, with seven distinct geographical regions in our state. I'm a little biased, but I'm especially fond of our great floating rivers and streams in the southern region.

I'm running for the 10th District in the Missouri Senate, recently vacated by Travis Fitzwater. I want to be a voice for all Missourians and stand up to the majority to put people first.

My career has been centered around the concept of service. I have nearly 30 years of experience as a state employee. I've worked at the Missouri Lottery, the Missouri House of Representatives, MOSERS, State Technical College of Missouri and the University of Missouri System.

During this time, I've learned a lot about how our state government works, and I want to put that experience to work for YOU in the legislature. For too long, our government has failed to do the BIG things that we want. We took it on ourselves to pass a higher minimum wage, legalize marijuana and legalize sports betting. Now, those in power want to take OUR power away by changing the initiative petition process. Enough!

Do you want a voice in government? Do you want someone who will actually listen to you and work for changes that you want and need? That's what I'm running for. Vote Wells for Missouri.
